Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing our products at www.triintllc.com operated by TRI INTERNATIONAL LLC (“Company”).

Due to the nature of our business and products we sell, items that are required a refund due to technical issues or malfunction will be accepted by the company and the defect/bug/issue will be rectified by our IT experts and if the issue is not rectified within 10 calendar days the purchaser will be entitled for a full refund. If the request is due non compatibility of the products with the purchasers system or if the error was committed by the purchaser or if the products was handled by individuals who have no prior experience with the products are not eligible for a refund.

For any products to be eligible for a refund, you have to inform us via “Request a Refund” in your account portal within 7 calendar days. the item you have purchased to us within 7 calendar days of the purchase. Any request after 7 calendar days of purchase will not be eligible for a refund and the acceptance will be at the sole discretion of the company.
